At SpecialTs By Beulah, we partner with Printful to fulfill and ship all orders. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are made on demand and typically take 2–7 business days to process before shipping.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered production.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international locations at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Printful partners with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery. Estimated shipping times are:

- Any applicable taxes or duties are calculated at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number via the carrier’s website.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- SpecialTs By Beulah is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are handed over to the carrier.
- If your package is lost or delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier for assistance.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided, the order may be delayed or undeliverable.
- Reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- Since our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect addresses or buyer’s remorse.
- If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
