SpecialTs By Beulah is a print-on-demand store that sells custom-designed apparel and accessories. All orders are fulfilled by Printful, our third-party fulfillment partner, and shipped only within the United States.

1. Product Information & Availability

  • All products are made on demand; therefore, slight variations in color, placement, and design may occur.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product without prior notification.

2. Order Processing & Payment

  • Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. Due to our print-on-demand model, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
  • All prices are listed in USD, and payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateways.
  • SpecialTs By Beulah reserves the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud or policy violations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful and delivered only within the United States.
  • Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout. However, actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.
  • Customers will receive tracking details via email once an order has been shipped.
  • SpecialTs By Beulah is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed over to the carrier.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 20 days of receiving the order with accompanying photos.

For approved cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement item at no extra cost.
  • A full or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Returns are not accepted for incorrect sizing, so customers should review the size guide before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on our website are the intellectual property of SpecialTs By Beulah and cannot be copied, resold, or used without permission.
  • Printful’s services and trademarks remain their intellectual property and are used for order fulfillment.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • SpecialTs By Beulah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or Printful's fulfillment services.
  • By purchasing, customers acknowledge that orders are produced by a third-party provider (Printful) and understand that production and shipping timelines are estimates.

  • Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
